At Charlie 1 Horse, we want you to wear your hat with confidence and pride. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn hat securely in its original Charlie 1 Horse box to ensure it maintains its shape and quality during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return shipment.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the item for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
